Our Training Teachers in Townships (TTinT) workshops are open to teachers who are part of the Starting Chance Programme and who meet the basic requirements.

Our Staff Development Programme (SDP) equips and supports our Starting Chance staff to realise their potential as leaders and educators.
Principal support
Our Principal Development Programme (PDP) is a 3 year focused programme that trains and equips principals to manage their early childhood centre.
Our Alumni
The Starting Chance Alumni Committee consists of principals and teachers from schools who have already been through the Starting Chance 3 year training programme. Their role is to support Starting Chance in their programmes, run parent workshops and mentor new schools.
