The Starting Chance Trust is a South African registered trust, registered with the Department of Social Development as a Non Profit Organisation (Reg 164-217 NPO) and with the SA Revenue Services as a Public Benefit Organisation (Reg 930051444). The trust is based in Mfuleni, Cape Town and provides services to the Early Childhood Development sector.
