Computer training
Principals who had never touched a computer before are now learning how to be competent at school admin and research for the college assignments. We train our fieldworkers to be competent at administration and research.
Virtual training
We deliver virtual editing classes; we have virtual team meetings and we make sure we keep in touch with each other.

Tablets are used to complement concrete learning (not to take its place).
