Teacher incentives

We have a monthly ‘café together’ incentive shop. Our shop is our way to get our teachers together, reward them for improved change and build their self-esteem.

Child assessments

We conduct bi-annual child assessments to ensure we are maintaining a good standard in the schools we support.

Support & Evaluation

Our monthly fieldworker site visits play a vital role in building on strengths at our schools and closing knowledge and experiential gaps with our teachers. Assessments take place in collaboration with the practitioners and principals.
