Our Mentors

At Starting Chance, we are committed to building sustainable Early Childhood Development (ECD) programmes. One of the ways we do this is through our Mentorship Programme.

Each year, selected Alumni and Hub+ principals are invited to give back to their ECD community by serving as mentors. After completing training, new mentors spend one term shadowing our fieldworkers as they visit TTinT schools. They then continue with monthly visits, where they support practitioners and principals by sharing advice, guidance, and practical ideas.

This peer-to-peer model strengthens our community of practice, fosters collaboration, and ensures the sustainability of quality education across schools. The Mentorship Programme is led by Nombulelo Dingiso with the support of Belinda Inglis
