Starting Chance is committed to ensuring that our ECD programmes are sustainable. As part of this commitment, we have introduced a Mentor Programme. Each year, Alumni and Hub+ principals are invited to give back to their ECD community, by serving as mentors. Those who join undergo training and then spend one term shadowing our fieldworkers as they visit the TTinT schools that have joined Starting Chance. From there, they continue to visit the TTinT schools monthly. During their visits, they support the practitioners and principals and offer advice and ideas.
