Our Field Workers & Educational Co-ordinator

We work as a collaborative team to ensure that everyone is represented and can work together to make ECD best practice in Mfuleni.

Our Principals

These ladies are part of our ECD community leadership team (CLT). We meet twice a term and they advise and support Starting Chance whenever we require support. We provide professional development workshops for them on a quarterly basis.

Our Teacher Reps

Our Teacher Representative Team (TRT) have one representative from each hub school. They represent the teachers and they support Starting Chance by assisting in our parent workshops and our training Teachers in Township workshops. They are trained and supported by the Starting Chance Fieldworker Team.

The Starting Chance Alumni

The Starting Chance Alumni Committee consists of principals and teachers from schools who have already been through the Starting Chance 3 year training programme. Their role is to support Starting Chance in their programmes, run parent workshops and mentor new schools.
